Plant Manager

Our client is a well-established, growing manufacturing company seeking a Plant Manager to lead all aspects of manufacturing operations at its Rupert, . This role is responsible for overseeing plant operations, including safety, quality, production, maintenance, financial performance, inventory, and team management. A relocation package is available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:- Lead all aspects of plant operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and financial goals
- Provide leadership and direction to department managers and office staff
- Manage manufacturing operations, including production, extrusion operations, quality, maintenance, inventory, and customer service objectives
- Develop and manage the annual operating budget and monitor plant financial performance
- Manage staffing, training, performance management, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, operational procedures, and company standards
- Manage raw material, finished goods, and equipment inventory
- Partner with corporate leadership and cross-functional departments including Human Resources and Accounting
- Prepare and review operational and financial reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout manufacturing operations
- 4+ years of manufacturing management experience
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Experience in plastics manufacturing, plastic extrusion, pipe extrusion, PVC, HDPE, or plastic pipe manufacturing strongly desired
- Experience managing production, quality, maintenance, inventory, budgeting, and plant operations
- Base salary in the 120k - 135k/year range
