Carpenter Multi Trade

Join a well-established property maintenance contractor on a  permanent contract  working across Northamptonshire. As a  Carpenter Multi Trade , you'll be part of a busy day-to-day repairs team, carrying out carpentry and minor multi-trade works in domestic properties.

I'd love to hear from anyone who has worked as a  Carpenter , Joiner, or Multi Trade Operative.

As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you will be:
Completing 2nd fix carpentry and joinery
Carrying out 2nd fix plumbing
Completing patch plastering
Carrying out tiling
Working on day-to-day repairs

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
A recognised carpentry qualification
Experience as a Carpenter or Joiner

Experience with 2nd fix carpentry
Multi-trade experience including plumbing, plastering, and tiling
A full UK driving licence
Experience in social housing or property maintenance is desirable

The Carpenter Multi Trade role is offering:
£35,500 per year
Permanent employment
Company van and fuel card
Day-to-day repairs work
Work across Northamptonshire

Location & travel
This role is based across Northamptonshire. A company van and fuel card are provided, making travel between properties straightforward.
