Position: Journeyman Electrician for Mining
Grizzly Trek Group Ltd. is hiring a Journeyman Electrician in Russell, MB, for a seven days on, seven days off rotation in the mining sector. Lead electrical maintenance, troubleshoot systems, and support apprentices in this vital role.

As a Journeyman Electrician with Grizzly Trek, you will work on electrical systems crucial for mining operations. This role requires overseeing maintenance, diagnostics, and installations at a potash mine. You will also mentor apprentices, ensuring knowledge transfer in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain electrical systems in the mine

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment

• Diagnose faults using schematics and test instruments

• Service production conveyors, pumps, and process equipment

• Document work orders and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Journeyman Electrician certification or registered apprenticeship

• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and schematics

• Knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code

• Commitment to industrial safety practices

• Willingness to work a seven days on, seven days off schedule
