.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys leading clinical teams, supporting staff, and ensuring exceptional care for residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.
What You'll Do- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and procedures
- Assist with clinical decision-making and resident assessments
- Monitor documentation and nursing practices for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Respond to resident concerns and clinical issues as they arise
- Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff
- Promote a positive, resident-centered culture throughout the facility
- Active Alabama RN license in good standing
- Previous skilled nursing, long term care, rehabilitation, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident care and customer service
