As the RN House Supervisor
- Nights, you'll be the driving force behind hospital operations, supporting clinical teams, ensuring exceptional patient care, and creating a safe and collaborative environment for staff and patients. This is an opportunity for an experienced RN supervisor to make a meaningful impact across the hospital while working alongside a dedicated team committed to quality care and community service.

What You'll Do

• As a RN Night House Supervisor, you will oversee hospital-wide operations and provide leadership support across departments during overnight hours.
• You'll serve as a key resource for clinical staff, physicians, patients, and families while ensuring smooth operations and high standards of care.
• Provide leadership and operational oversight during night shifts
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, bed management and clinical coverage across units
• Support and mentor nursing and clinical staff in real-time decision-making
• Respond to patient care concerns, clinical emergencies, and operational challenges
• Promote compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and ancillary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
• Help create positive patient and family experiences through compassionate leadership and problem-solving

What We're Looking For

• Active Alabama RN license required
• 4-6 years of recent hospital experience with demonstrated leadership skills
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• BSN preferred
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within one year of hire
