Job DescriptionThe Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Russellville, AL and we are looking for an experienced and dependable RN Charge Nurse to guide, support and manage the Emergency Department operations. In this role you will lead a dedicated Emergency Department team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. As the ED Charge Nurse, you'll oversee patient flow, staffing, and clinical operations while collaborating with physicians and care teams to deliver safe, efficient, and exceptional patient care.

Full-Time | Nights
What You'll Do
- Lead and support ED nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Coordinate patient flow, bed placement, and staffing assignments
- Assist with high-acuity patients and emergency situations
- Ensure compliance with safety, clinical, and documentation standards
- Serve as a trusted resource for clinical decision-making and problem-solving
What We Are Looking For
- Active Alabama RN license
- BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred
- Emergency Department experience required
- Previous charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
