ICU Registered Nurse Opportunity
The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a well-known hospital in Russellville, AL and we are seeking compassionate and skilled ICU Registered Nurses to join a dedicated critical care team. As an ICU RN, you'll assess, plan and deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients while working alongside experienced physicians and interdisciplinary professionals who value your expertise and support your success.
Schedule:
Full-Time | Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a critical care setting
- Monitor critically ill patients and manage life-support equipment
- Conduct patient assessments and administer IV medications and therapies
- Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition and emergencies
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety protocols, and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Active Alabama RN license
- BLS and ACLS required (PALS preferred, as applicable)
- 1+ year of critical or acute care experience preferred
- New graduates encouraged to apply
