Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation seeks a Quality Assurance Clerk to support HACCP/SSOP compliance on 1st and 3rd shifts. You will complete daily paperwork and ensure quality checks are performed, documenting process controls and GMPs in a production environment.
The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong English reading/writing/speaking skills, basic math, and the ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods. Overtime and reliable attendance may be required.
