• Engage with consumers in the wireless services section and promote post‑paid, pre‑paid carrier plans, accessories, and service plans.
• Learn to uncover customer desires and overcome objections while building professional relationships.
• Welcome customers, offer solutions, and provide guidance to displays and product selections.
• Collaborate with teammates to accomplish sales goals and celebrate successes.
• Accurately document and report sales, maintain a clean and organized workstation/kiosk, and submit all paperwork completely.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations and meet established sales quotas.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services, excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity, commitment to customer satisfaction, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; maintain customer confidentiality.

• Average weekly earnings of $800–$1,000 (base + uncapped commission).
