Company Description Elevate Gymnastics & Athletics is a community-focused athletic facility dedicated to helping young athletes build skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of movement. The gym offers structured gymnastics and athletics programs in a safe, supportive, and energetic environment. Team members work closely with families and participants to deliver positive experiences and clear communication. Staff are expected to contribute to a culture of respect, professionalism, and encouragement for athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Role Description The Front Office Manager is a part-time, on-site role located in Russellville, AR. This role oversees daily front desk operations, including greeting families and athletes, answering phones, responding to emails, and managing check-in and check-out procedures. The Front Office Manager supports program registration, processes payments, and assists with scheduling classes and events. This position coordinates communication between coaches, staff, and families, helps resolve basic concerns, and ensures a welcoming, organized environment.

The role also includes maintaining office supplies, supporting basic administrative tasks, and upholding facility policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong Front Office and Customer Service skills to manage reception, visitor interactions, and daily desk operations.
  • Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and providing a positive experience for families and athletes.
  • Proficiency in Office Administration, including recordkeeping, scheduling, payment processing, and basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, and management software).
  • Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff, coaches, parents, and athletes.
  • Previous experience in a recreational, sports, or youth-focused environment is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in managing multiple tasks.
  • Comfort working in a busy, high-energy environment and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, administration, or related fields is a plus.
