Your Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a multi-shift maintenance team, promoting safety, performance, and accountability
- Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime
- Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, CMMS utilization, and work order management
- Monitor KPIs, analyze equipment failures, and implement corrective actions to improve reliability
- Provide technical leadership for electrical, mechanical, PLC, automation, and instrumentation systems
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and HR to support production goals and workforce development
- Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Communicate maintenance priorities, equipment status, and project updates across the organization

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, electrical systems, or engineering support
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, controls, automation, motors, and drives
- Experience with TPM, preventive maintenance, reliability programs, and CMMS systems
- Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lead effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment while balancing technical and team leadership responsibilities
