Job Summary
Provides support to design bases by focusing on the design of baseline modifications, design basis control, and maintenance. Design integrity is maintained through effective configuration control of design output documents (specifications, calculations, drawings, test requirements, and procedures).
Responsibilities- Maintains design basis for each site and supports maintenance of the licensing basis.
- Provides cost‑effective modification designs to improve plant performance.
- Provides technical support to operations, maintenance, engineering, and other site organizations.
- Supports safe, reliable operation by identifying and effectively resolving issues via corrective action and work management processes.
- Develops engineering products in accordance with defined standards and procedures.
- Serves on outage engineering support teams and attends training to maintain necessary qualifications.
Minimum education
: B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related scientific/physical science discipline associated with power plant operations.
Minimum experience
:
- Engineer II: 2+ years of experience (1+ year with a master’s degree)
- Engineer III: 4+ years of experience (3+ years with a PE/master’s degree)
- Engineer Senior: 6+ years of experience (5+ years with a PE)
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities
:
Good to excellent communication skills; proficiency in PC use and applications appropriate to engineering level.
Certificates, Licenses, etc.:
Desired – SRO license or certification on a PWR or BWR;
Professional Engineering license.

Arkansas – Russellville, Arkansas.
Travel Percentage: up to 25%.
