Staffmark is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join a growing team in Russellville, AR!

Pay &Schedule:
- $23.17/hour
- Monday‑Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery to minimize downtime
- Develop and follow technical training materials and procedures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and NEC safety standards
- Make decisions independently while maintaining high‑quality work standards
- Associate’s degree with 3+ years of maintenance experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience
- Strong troubleshooting and decision‑making skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and mechanical systems
