Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Monday
- Thursday (5:00 AM - 3:00 PM) + Some Fridays

• High school diploma
• Comfortable to train someone else in set up, testing, and documentation
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Steel-toe boots
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills

• Setup & Calibration - learn to set up and calibrate magnetic particle equipment (yokes, coils, benches)
• Testing Application - Perform wet fluorescent magnetic particle inspections on ferromagnetic materials to detect surface and near-surface cracks.
• Inspection & Evaluation - Examine parts for discontinuities, evaluate findings against specific codes (ASME, ASTM), and determine if parts pass or fail.
• Documentation - Maintain accurate, legible records of inspection results and daily logs.
• Material Handling - move pallets with a forklift (in-house training provided).
• Maintenance - keep equipment clean and in good working condition.
