Provide compassionate care to patients in the Rehabilitation department alongside a team of RNs. Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and ensure patient comfort and safety in a collaborative environment focused on high‑quality patient care.

Utilize specialized plan‑of‑care interventions and act as a patient‑care innovator, shaping exceptional patient journeys each day to directly impact patient well‑being.

Applicants must hold a current state LPN license and an Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.

• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
• ACLS certification within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred
