Position Summary
As the ICU Charge Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership during assigned shifts by coordinating patient care, delegatingduties, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality, age-appropriate care. Thisrole serves as a key clinical resource while promoting accountability,teamwork, and excellent patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee patient care during assigned shifts
- Serveas a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
- Delegateresponsibilities and ensure quality patient outcomes
- Assess patient care needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions
- Promotea collaborative, patient-centered care environment
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- Previous Charge Nurse or nursing leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of ICU, triage, and urgent care practices
- Case management or outpatient experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Abilityto complete hospital-based ACLS and PALS within one year of employment
