Position Summary

As the ICU Charge Nurse, you will provide clinical leadership during assigned shifts by coordinating patient care, delegatingduties, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality, age-appropriate care. Thisrole serves as a key clinical resource while promoting accountability,teamwork, and excellent patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee patient care during assigned shifts
• Serveas a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
• Delegateresponsibilities and ensure quality patient outcomes
• Assess patient care needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions
• Promotea collaborative, patient-centered care environment

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Previous Charge Nurse or nursing leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of ICU, triage, and urgent care practices
• Case management or outpatient experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Abilityto complete hospital-based ACLS and PALS within one year of employment
