Department & Unit SummaryAn LPN clinic is a healthcare setting where LPNs provide patient care under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) or physicians. In these clinics LPNs perform a variety of tasks, including taking vital signs, administering medications, assisting with minor procedures, providing patient education, and supporting routine healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Take vital signs and assess patient condition.
- Administer medications as ordered by RNs or physicians.
- Assist with minor procedures and patient education.
- Provide support for routine healthcare services and ensure patient comfort.
- Document patient care and collaborate with the interprofessional team.

- Current state LPN license.
- Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
