Location: Russellville, AR
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: 7 - 7 Rotating Shift (Days + Nights)

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current, unrestricted Arkansas LPN license
- Experience in substance use treatment, behavioral health, detox, mental health, or medical‑surgical nursing is preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems and patient care documentation
- Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor client health, withdrawal symptoms, and medication responses
- Conduct health assessments, vital signs, drug screenings, and clinical documentation
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to support treatment plans
- Ensure medication inventory, storage, and administration compliance
- Provide crisis intervention support and assist with client care coordination
- Uphold HIPAA, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
