Director Of Surgical Services (RN)

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Director of Surgical Services (RN) for Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Position overview includes leading one of Arizona's busiest perioperative service lines with responsibility for 114 FTEs, overseeing approximately 9,000 annual surgical cases and 2,000 endoscopic procedures across 10 active operating rooms, and providing operational and clinical leadership for the Main OR, Ambulatory Surgery Center, Pre-Op, PACU, Preadmission Testing, Anesthesia Services, and CSPD.

Compensation includes $146,900-$198,000 annual salary, $10,000 sign-on bonus (3-year commitment), and $5,000 relocation assistance. The schedule is full-time leadership position, Monday-Friday days, and available for staff support when needed.

Requirements include bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) required, active Arizona registered nurse license required, minimum five years of surgical nursing experience required, minimum one year of surgical leadership experience required, experience managing surgical services operations required, strong budgeting, regulatory compliance, and staff leadership skills required, master's degree preferred, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CNOR certifications preferred.
