Business Development Representative; Outside Sales

The Russellville Team is on asearch for a Business Development Rep to join our Russellville team.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role inhelping companies in Russellville and surrounding areas tofind exceptional talent. You'llwork within a defined territory to build relationships with local businesses, understand their hiring needs, and present Express product offerings as tailored solutions. Your primary goal is to help companies succeed in employment, leadership, and human resources—while making a difference by helping people inthecommunity find work every day.

You will use your relationship skills to form partnerships with clients, ensuring long-term success for their company and ours. Your ability touseaconsultative sales technique will ensure youare seen as the “go-to staffing company” in our community.

• Prospect for new business andmanagean existing book of clients:Prepare and execute sales action plans to generateenoughsales activity to consistently secure new clients.
  
  Maintainor restore positive relationships with current clients.

• Engage with business leaders to identify staffing and HR needs:Have a consultative sales mindset and provide creative, professional solutions that drive results.

• Represent Express with professionalism and integrity:Demonstrate the Express valuesandbuilda strong, positive presence in the community.

• Putpeople to work:Engage in weeklyanddaily sales activities,coordinating with theinsideteamto ensureoutsidesalesstrategies are in sync withcandidaterecruitingneeds.

• Learn thelaws:Conduct business in accordance with Express and applicable legal guidelines, maintaining professional knowledge of the market and labor laws.
