Clayton Homes is seeking a Customer Care Field Technician to deliver warranty, courtesy or service repairs during on-site home visits, reading blueprints and diagnosing issues to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. You will schedule inspections, coordinate with engineering and production teams, and use field tools to ensure quality workmanship across projects.
Travel is required, and you may be away from home for several days at a time.
