As an RN in this unit you will:

• Assess patient needs and develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions in accordance with best practices.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and quality of care in a collaborative environment.
• Serve as a patient‑care innovator, using the unit’s cutting‑edge technology to improve outcomes.

• Current state RN license.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred; ASLS certification preferred.
