The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a well-knownhealthcare organization in Russellville, AL and we are looking to find acompassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join their Emergency Departmentteam.
As an Emergency Department RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient carein collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
You will serve as an advocate for patients of allages, respond to emergencies quickly and effectively, and help maintain a safeand efficient ER environment.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient assessments, obtain histories, and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and IV therapy per hospital policy
- Respondrapidly to medical emergencies and provide critical interventions
- Coordinatenursing care and make patient assignments based on acuity and staff competencies
- Document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately and thoroughly
- Supportpatients and families with psychosocial and emotional needs
- Followinfection control, patient safety, and quality care standards
- Provide compassionate care to patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Alabama RN license or Multi-State compact license
- BLScertification required; ACLS and PALS to be obtained within one year ofhire
- TNCCpreferred
- PreviousER experience strongly preferred; new graduates welcome to apply
