The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Russellville, AL to find a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their growing outpatient clinic team.

In this role, you'll provide high-quality patient care, support physicians and clinical staff, and help create a positive experience for every patient in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Full-Time | Days

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in a clinical setting
• Administer medications and injections
• Assist with patient assessments and routine procedures
• Monitor vital signs and communicate changes to the care team
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans

What We're Looking For

• Current,active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Previous clinic or outpatient experience preferred
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
• Strong communication, collaboration, clinical judgment & critical-thinking abilities
• Abilityto thrive in a fast-paced hospital setting
