The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a well-knownhospital in Russellville, AL and we are seeking compassionate and skilled ICU Registered Nurses to join a dedicated critical care team.

As an ICU RN, you’ll assess, plan and deliveradvanced nursing care to critically ill patients while working alongside experienced physicians and interdisciplinary professionals who value your expertise and support your success.

Schedule:

Full-Time | Days

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a critical care setting
• Monitorcritically ill patients and manage life-support equipment
• Conduct patient assessments and administer IV medications and therapies
• Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition and emergencies
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Adhereto hospital policies, patient safety protocols, and quality standards

• BLSand ACLS required (PALS preferred, as applicable)
• 1+year of critical or acute care experience preferred
• New graduates encouraged toapply
