Integrated Behavioral Health RN - Care Coordination

CAYA Collaborative Care in Kentucky is seeking a Registered Nurse to support a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). The RN coordinates behavioral and physical health services, oversees LPNs, and ensures timely care through referrals, intake, and care transitions.
