Position Overview
The Simon Agency State Farm is hiring a full-time Sales Representative in Russellville, KY to join a supportive, professional sales team. We invest in our team’s success through training, ongoing development, and a work environment built around growth and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships through consultative conversations about coverage needs
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
- Participate in product training and licensing coursework
- Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required — we will train you
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
- Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
- Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
- Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up

Pay range: $40,000-$70,000 per year
This includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses. Your earning potential grows with your sales performance — top performers exceed this range.
