Our client based in Rustenburg is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Branch Administrator to support their operations and ensure seamless order fulfilment.
They’ll be the key link between their yard team, the branch, and customers.
Ensuring products are delivered accurately, on time, and with excellent communication throughout the process.
This is based on a Fixed Term Contract, and it is based in Rustenburg.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-6 Years experience in administration, preferably in the metal and engineering sector
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Process all branch administration, customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and maintain reports, invoices, and delivery schedules
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, prices, and product availability
- Handle general administrative duties within the sales department
