Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science or (NQF Level
4) - Degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Supply Chain/ Legal or NQF 7 equivalent
- At least 3-5 years Contract Administration and Management (Mining Industry)
- Proven experience in category management or similar role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Computer literate (MS Office, SAP MM)
- Contract Law and its application in the sourcing process
- Procurement and Tender Process
- Relevant Legislation, Policies and Procedures
- Contract Administration and Compliance Monitoring
- Ability to understand and interpret strategic plans focused both on external and internal trends
- Customer focused mind-set and approach
- Project Administration
- To assist the relevant Category Manager in achieving the procurement goals and strategy.
- The specialist function, includes prioritizing commodity imperatives, aligned with the commodity cycle planning aimed at reducing the cost of commodities, goods and services procured by the company.
