Financial Manager position available in Rustenburg.
Our client in the Rustenburg area is are seeking a young and dynamic Junior Financial Manager to join their team consisting of 2 large trading companies and 2 small property companies. They are working in the Agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full financial management & reporting
- Reconciliations and processing of all payments and invoices
- Working on Xero Accounting
- Preparing and managing monthly & yearly budgets and financial planning
- SARS compliance and tax knowledge
- Full payroll function, including top management payroll
- FNB banking: payments, transfers and bank reconciliations
- Strategic financial planning and implementation
Role Breakdown:
- 50% Accounting
- 30% Planning, strategy & implementation
- 20% Management
Requirements:
- Strong accounting background
- Excellent SARS & tax compliance knowledge
- Payroll experience
- Ability to work independently on-site
- Experience with Xero is essential
