• Bachelors degree in Financial Accounting/ Management Accounting
• SAICA Articles
• 2 – 3 Years Experience in Similar role
• Strong financial and accounting expertise.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Knowledge of SARS and statutory compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple entities and farming operations.
• Proficiency in Xero and related accounting systems.

• Oversee all aspects of company accounting across all entities.
• Manage and process all payments, including suppliers and operational expenses.
• Administer and control salary and wage payments.
• Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and annual budgets for all farms with Farm Managers.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance reports.
• Administer employee pension funds and medical aid.
• Manage all SARS relations and statutory requirements for all companies.
• Oversee company insurance policies, renewals, and claims.
• Manage and maintain all customer contracts.
• Maintain and update the company asset register across all entities.
• Manage cross-company invoicing for shared or borrowed services.
• Oversee Farm Trace to Xero accounting integration and system accuracy.
