Finance And Supply Chain Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and results-driven Finance and Supply Chain Manager to join a dynamic organisation. This senior role requires a strong financial professional who can take ownership of the end-to-end finance function while providing effective oversight of supply chain and stock management.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with solid accounting and financial management experience, strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
The role requires a critical thinker and problem solver who is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, auditors, regulatory bodies, suppliers and customers.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical financial expertise with excellent leadership, planning and communication skills and will be confident contributing at management and Board level.

• Matric / grade 12
• BCom Accounting from a reputable SA university preferably with articles
• 3-5 Years experience in Accounting or finance
• Management experience: 3-5 years over and above for a team of 10-20 people
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience in Supply Chain and Stock Management

• Proven experience in both accounting and financial management.
• Regulatory Compliance PFMA (Public Funds Management Act 1 of 1999 section 51(1) (a) and procurement of goods and services are fain transparent, equitable, Competitive, and cost-effective incompliance with the PFMA (public funds management act 1 of 1999, section 380) and Treasury Regulations (National Treasury, March 2015).
• Strong balance sheet management experience
• Management of multiple company portfolios and account consolidation
• Strong understanding of legislative and compliance tax requirements
• Strong liquidity and cash flow experience
• Experience in jewellery or retail sector with strong stock management acumen.
• Experience in providing audit file and interface with external auditors to meet statutory audit requirements

• End to end management of the Accounting and Finance function for the The Company and SMMEs.
• Ability to report on progress and targets achievement.

• Quality Systems Administration Managers, SMMEs.

External:
Customers, Suppliers, Service Providers, Auditors, Regulatory Bodies and Funders
