About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Event Caterer and Coordinator to join their team in Rustenburg . This role combines hands-on catering preparation with the crucial responsibility of coordinating event logistics from start to finish. You will be a key player in ensuring that every event catered by our client is executed flawlessly, from initial client consultation and menu planning to on-site management and post-event evaluation.

This position requires a blend of culinary expertise, organizational prowess, and client-facing communication skills, supporting both office-based planning and on-site event execution.

• Plan, organize, and execute high-quality catering services for a variety of events, ensuring adherence to budget and client specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, offering menu suggestions and creating customized catering packages.
• Manage event timelines, ensuring timely preparation, setup, service, and breakdown of catering operations.
• Supervise and direct catering staff during events, ensuring professional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
