About the Role

Our client is seeking a professional and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to lead the reception team at their establishment in Rustenburg . You will be responsible for ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and efficient service, overseeing daily operations of the front desk, and managing staff performance. • Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and procedures.
