About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of their esteemed property in Rustenburg . • Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk, housekeeping, and F&B staff to ensure seamless operations.

• Monitor hotel occupancy, manage room inventory, and oversee check-in/check-out procedures.
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and safety.

• Previous supervisory experience in hotel operations or a related hospitality field.
