- Meet and exceed agreed-upon recruitment targets and service level agreements.

- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant with a focus on IT/Tech roles.
- Solid understanding of various technical domains, programming languages, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong client management and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, office-based setting.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
