Finance And Supply Chain Manager

Minimum Skill Requirement

• Matric / grade 12
• BCom Accounting from a reputable SA university preferably with articles
• 3-5 Years experience in Accounting or finance
• Management experience: 3-5 years over and above for a team of 10-20 people
• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in Supply Chain and Stock Management

• Proven experience in both accounting and financial management.
• Regulatory Compliance PFMA (Public Funds Management Act 1 of 1999 section 51(1) ( a) and procurement of goods and services are fain transparent, equitable, Competitive, and cost-effective incompliance with the PFMA (public fundsmanagement act 1 of 1999, section 380) and Treasury Regulations (National Treasury, March 2015).
• Strong balance sheet management experience
• Management of multiple company portfolios and account consolidation
• Strong understanding of legislative and compliance tax requirements
• Strong liquidity and cash flow experience
• Experience in jewellery or retail sector with strong stock management acumen.
• Experience in providing audit file and interface with external auditors to meet statutory audit requirements

• Incumbent reports to (position): CEO

• End to end management of the Accounting and Finance function for the The Company and SMMEs.
• Ability to report on progress and targets achievement.

• Internal: CEO, Board of Directors
  -Risk Committee, Manager of Production, Business Development,
• Quality Systems Administration Managers, SMMEs.
• External:
  Customers, Suppliers, Service Providers, Auditors, Regulatory Bodies and Funders
