This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and working with specialised technology solutions within the mining sector.

As the aSales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the mining sector.
• Expanding the customer database by sourcing and engaging prospective clients.
• Responding to customer enquiries and following up on sales opportunities.
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance.
• Conducting market research to identify business development opportunities.
• Achieving agreed sales targets and budgets.
• Managing sales forecasts while ensuring budget, margin and sales objectives are met.
• Promoting a range of specialised mining technology and automation products, including:
• Leaky Feeder Systems
• Electrical Panels, Smart Gate End Boxes and Electrical Systems
• Environmental Monitoring Solutions
• Communication Systems

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A valid Code 8 or Code 10 driver's licence.
• Experience with in the mining industry and an established industry network (advantageous).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• CRM system experience (advantageous).
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management and punctuality.
• A self-motivated, ambitious and results-driven attitude.
