We are seeking an experienced geologist with proven practical experience in chrome ore mining operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for geological assessments, chrome seam interpretation, 3D geological modelling, mineral resource estimation, and evaluating economically mineable chrome ore quantities.

We welcome applications from both individual professionals and independent geological consultancy firms.

• Conduct detailed geological assessments of existing and prospective chrome mining areas.
• Identify, map, and interpret chrome-bearing seams, including their thickness, depth, continuity, grade, and geological structures.
• Develop accurate 3D geological models of chrome ore deposits.
• Undertake Mineral Resource estimation and classification
  , including tonnage and grade assessments.
• Evaluate practically recoverable chrome ore quantities, considering mining losses, dilution, geological constraints, and economic factors.
• Support Mineral Reserve assessments and mine planning in collaboration with appropriately qualified mining professionals.
• Analyse drilling data, geological maps, sampling results, assay reports, and historical mining information.
• Provide technical recommendations on open-cast and/or underground chrome mining operations.
• Assist in identifying economically viable mining areas and optimising chrome ore extraction.
• Prepare comprehensive geological reports, resource assessments, and technical presentations for management.

• Academic and Work Experience in Geology
• Direct experience in chrome ore deposits and mining operations is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have access to their own licensed geological modelling and resource estimation software
