• Reseal hydraulic cylinders, valves, motors, and pumps to standard.
• Read and follow basic engineering drawings and fluid circuit diagrams.
• Conduct safe pressure testing on repaired parts to ensure everything works perfectly.
• Keep clear, simple daily records of your repair work and tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment at all times.

• A completed, recognized Mechanical Trade Test certificate (Millwright, Fitter, or Mechanical Artisan).
• Basic hands-on experience working with industrial or mobile hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with stripping and assessing standard components like hydraulic cylinders.
• A valid driver's license to assist with field service visits when required.
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to working safely.
