About Us:

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Millwright to join our talented team in Rustenburg. As our Millwright, you will play a crucial role in performing preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment, fault‑finding on electrical and mechanical systems, and maintaining various components such as motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and panels.

• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment
• Fault‑finding on electrical and mechanical systems
• Maintain motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, mills, and panels
• Conduct inspections and complete job cards accurately
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Ensure compliance with mine health and safety regulations
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the workshop and plant

• Qualified Millwright Trade Certificate (Red Seal)
• Minimum 3–5 years plant maintenance experience (mining environment advantageous)
• Knowledge of motors, VSDs, pumps, transformers, and PLC systems
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
• Valid driver's license
• Must be medically fit to work in a plant environment

• Strong fault‑finding ability
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player with high safety awareness
• Willingness to work standby and overtime
• PLC experience will be an advantage
