- Conduct routine and ad hoc roof inspections.
- Diagnose roofing defects, leaks, and structural issues.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs to extend roof lifespan.

- Perform roofing repairs and maintenance work.
- Repair and maintain gutters, downpipes, and drainage systems.
- Install and repair flashing and waterproofing systems.
- Resolve water ingress and leak-related issues.
- Respond promptly to storm damage and roofing-related emergencies.
- Conduct temporary and permanent repairs to minimize operational disruption.
- Assess damage and recommend corrective actions.
- Supervise Roof and Gutter Cleaners.
- Allocate work and monitor performance.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Ensure work is completed according to quality and safety standards.
- Comply with Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
- Adhere to Work at Heights regulations and fall protection requirements.
- Ensure safe roof access practices and correct use of protective equipment.
- Identify and report safety risks.
- Maintain maintenance records and inspection reports.
- Document repairs completed and materials utilized.
- Report recurring defects and recommend improvements.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in roofing, waterproofing, and building maintenance.
- Experience performing roof inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Experience working safely at heights.
- Valid Driver's Licence.
- Competent Person for Work at Heights Certification (Mandatory).
- Trade-related qualification or equivalent roofing experience.
