Our client is offering a Trainee Boilermaker Apprenticeship opportunity in Rustenburg for individuals aspiring to build a career in a skilled trade. This program will equip you with the essential knowledge and practical abilities to fabricate, assemble, install, and repair boilers, tanks, pressure vessels, and related structures. You will work closely with experienced boilermakers, learning to interpret complex blueprints and utilize specialized tools and equipment.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working with metal and contributing to heavy industry within the North West province.

• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of metal components according to detailed specifications.
• Learn to operate cutting, shaping, and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for boiler and vessel construction.
• Perform fitting, riveting, and bolting operations for structural assembly.
• Conduct basic maintenance and repairs on fabricated metal products.
• Follow all workshop safety regulations and maintain a tidy work area.

• Grade 12 or equivalent, with a pass in Mathematics and Physical Science.
• A genuine interest in boilermaking and metal fabrication.
• Good physical strength and dexterity are essential for the role.
• Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
• Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to learning.
• Must be located in or near Rustenburg .
