About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join their team serving the Rustenburg area. This position is essential for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and residential clients. You will be responsible for ensuring systems are functioning efficiently and effectively, providing a comfortable and safe environment for all occupants. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in HVAC systems and a commitment to delivering high-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction.

This role offers a blend of field service and potential for some remote technical support coordination.

• Install, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
• Perform diagnostic tests to identify malfunctions and assess system performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues related to HVAC systems.
• Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system operation and longevity.
• Respond to emergency service calls and provide prompt, effective solutions.
• Educate clients on proper system usage and maintenance recommendations.

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician . Relevant certifications (e.g., SAAIRAC or equivalent) are highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
