Part-Time Leasing Professional at The Preserve About The Role

The Preserve is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Professional to support our onsite team and help create a welcoming, engaging experience for prospective and current residents.

In this role, you’ll assist with tours, leasing inquiries, and resident interactions while helping maintain strong occupancy and community satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and wants hands‑on experience in property management.

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable conducting tours
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage follow-ups
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and able to work a flexible part-time schedule

• Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours
• Support the leasing process from application to move-in
• Follow up with leads and assist in closing leases
• Provide excellent customer service to current residents
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity
• Support marketing and outreach efforts as needed

• Compensation: $14–$15 per hour, based on experience
• Commission: $25 per lease
