Credit Union Center Supervisor

As a Credit Union Center Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the financial center while creating an environment where employees thrive and members receive exceptional service. You'll spend your day coaching and developing your team, ensuring operational excellence, solving member concerns, and jumping in wherever needed to keep the center running smoothly. Working alongside the Center Manager, you'll help execute the center's strategic goals, support employee growth, monitor operational performance, and ensure compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements.

• At least five years of related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills.
• Thorough understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements for a Credit Union.
• Accurate and attentive to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional college coursework in business or finance preferred.
