Dietary Manager
Responsibilities
:
Responsible to cook in providing assistance in preparation of all meal service.
Qualifications
:
Ability to follow oral and written directions. Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and hygienic methods. High School diploma or equivalent.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
Perform other duties as assigned.

:
As assigned including some weekends and holidays.
