The Service Manager plays a key leadership role in driving the success of the service department through strong customer relationships, team development, and operational excellence. This position is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, setting departmental goals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings proven service management experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service experiences.

Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience
- Strong customer service and leadership background
- High school diploma or higher education
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience managing service department personnel
- Ability to set and manage departmental goals and performance metrics
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Driven, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to support and develop teams
- Lead daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and quality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, timelines, and updates
- Hire, train, supervise, and support service department personnel
- Establish departmental goals, budgets, and performance expectations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally
- Stay current on product updates, service processes, and industry best practices
- Promote repeat and referral business through strong service experiences
