The Center Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Ruston, LA, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the branch center. This position leads and coaches center staff, ensuring excellent member service, accurate transaction processing, and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. The Center Supervisor monitors performance metrics, manages staffing and scheduling, and supports employees through training, feedback, and conflict resolution.
This role also handles escalated member inquiries, supports sales and cross-selling of credit union products, and collaborates with leadership to implement initiatives that improve efficiency, member satisfaction, and overall center performance.
- At least five years of related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and public relations skills.
- Thorough understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements for a Credit Union.
- Accurate and attentive to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional college coursework in business or finance preferred.
