Job Summary:

At Onyx Care of Ruston, we take pride in providing exceptional post-acute rehabilitation services to our patients. As a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN) working our night shift, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients with a focus on their unique recovery journey

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians

• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nurse supervisor

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN) with a valid license

• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
